Triskelion Belt Buckle
This 3 inch diameter stainless steel buckle was first machined when it was a flat disc using a vertical mill.
The controls are identical to an etch-a-sketch with the addition of a depth of cut control. Then I cold formed the disc with a 2o ton frame press into a convex shape. I then used an electric vibrating hand held engraver to put the fine squiggles in. Then welded on the belt clip and tongue, sanded and polished it.
