Celtic Beads

These beads are cut off sections of a stainless steel SQUARE BAR that was twisted when forged. The sections were cut then chucked up in a lathe and drilled through their length. I call them Celtic because the Celts were the first in the archaeological record to forge metal (bronze )in this particular manner.

Nice. Thanks for the history on them. I always like to know the origins of any artifacts I'm looking at for inspiration.
